Enjoy this short candid video of no less than 8 red fox kits playing and frolicking outside their den on a warm spring day.
May all of our days at Innsbrook be this playful and joyful! Thanks to Innsbrook residents Susan and Paula Dooley for sharing this with us. It is a priceless reminder of why we love Innsbrook.
Here’s another amazing video of the playful kits provided by Clayton Hotze, an employee of the Innsbrook Corp.
More photos of the red fox family can be found at https://ibknature.com/gallery/wonderland-of-wildlife/ including this favorite provided by Cindy Bower.

Innsbrook Nature Group follower Mike V. has invited anyone interested in a trail hike for Spring mushroom hunting to meet up this Sunday morning, April 24. It should be near ideal after the recent rains. Suggest meeting up at the Aspen center parking lot at 8:30 am and go from there to a trail head. Check back below under comments for more information or updates.
